[nrb-utility] Adams/Irving Construction - Loss of Water

Good morning all,

A water main has been broken and we currently have no domestic water in the East tower. We are working with the City Water department to restore as quickly as possible.

Additionally, due to the many vehicles involved with the City's construction efforts, fumes are entering a large portion of the Vertical expansion and East wing. We are operating on reduced outside air to minimize the effects.
