Hello everyone,  Nursing is beginning the process to develop its next department wide Strategic Plan.  I am writing today to invite you to participate in the first step where your input is needed to create a comprehensive evaluation of our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.   I invite you to share your input via the survey link below and/or by attending one of the following optional, virtual, focus group sessions to discuss the same.

You will see two items attached --- one is a summary of our planning process so you are aware of how this will be developed and ultimately reported on; and the other is a quick overview on what to consider when completing the SWOT.

Strategic plans provide a road map to the future and can only be accomplished with active participation from all those within the department.  Your input, support and active participation will keep us focused on the goals and objectives that will drive us toward continued success.
