I have assumed the role of SPH Team Leader for Upstate. I developed a RedCap survey on Safe Patient Handling and Patient Mobility in hopes to capture information to improve upon our Safe Patient Handling and Mobility program, identify any gaps, ensure patient/staff safety and improve patient outcomes.

In order to assist the staff and determine their needs, it would be helpful to have the perspective of the frontline staff. It would also be helpful to get an idea of where misperceptions are, in order to assist with education.
