<p class="MsoNormal">As we enter Nurses week for 2023, I reflect and share my appreciation for the incredible efforts our Upstate Nursing team makes across our entire system. We are the only profession that is consistently at the patients side, providing care,
support, education and comfort. We help navigate the complexities and confusion of the system, remove barriers to care, and ensure patients and families get what they need to improve their health or manage difficult diagnoses with grace. We are the most trusted
profession for an incredible 21<sup>st</sup> consecutive years. That doesn’t happen by accident and is such a testament to who Nurses are, what you do, and what you mean to our patients. Thank you for choosing to be a Nurse at Upstate and thank you for all
