 extraordinary collaboration, commitment, and support across our entire organization. This achievement belongs to all of us. It is a testament to the shared investment in supporting new-to-practice nurses and the strength of the partnerships that make the Nurse

 Residency Program successful. From current nurse residents and NRP graduates, to facilitators,  subject matter experts, nurse leaders, and colleagues across departments, each of you has contributed to building and sustaining a program recognized for excellence.
