The 2026 Fay Whitney Lectureship Series at the Upstate Medical University College of Nursing will focus on moral distress among healthcare workers and, for the first time, will feature two additional days of workshops alongside the keynote event. Taking place
 October 7–9, the free sessions are open to all Upstate employees and students, with select events also open to the public. This year’s series will provide opportunities to learn, reflect, connect, and explore ways to support one another while navigating the
 challenges of providing care within complex healthcare systems.</div>
