<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Reminder to employees with parking garage access: Parking garage access is only to be used by the individual permit holder and only during work-related activity.

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1"><b><u>Sharing of employee access to the garage is not allowed</u></b> and is a theft of service subject to investigation by University Police.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b><u>Employees who pay for monthly parking in the garages</u></b> and are using hospital/clinical services as a patient do not have to pay for use of the garage during their clinical/hospital appointments.
To avoid being charged or issued a parking violation use the following procedure:<o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">Notify Parking at least 1 week prior to your appointment, Parking will add a note to your account that will notify Parking Enforcement that you are here for an appointment.

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b>Community Campus employees must park in their assigned parking lot.</b><o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">Employees are not allowed to remove barricades, use another employee’s badge, or use any other method to gain access to restricted parking areas they are not assigned too.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1"><u>Do not park in patient or visitor parking</u>. There are a limited number of parking spaces for patients and visitors, continued use by employees negatively impacts patients and visitors.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">Please do not park in accessible parking spots unless you are assigned and authorized. Several employees are parking reserved accessible areas even though they are not assigned.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">If you do not have your badge to enter gated lots, you must park at OCC and take the shuttle.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">At times, several people are attempting to use the service and although the shuttle drivers do their best to accommodate the need there are delays in traffic and service that impact riding times.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
