[util] Elevator Testing

KONE will be conducting elevator testing per the following schedule. Testing will last approximately 90 minutes.

TU-3: Wednesday, 06/25/25 at 8:00am

TU-4: Monday, 06/23/25 at 8:00am

TU-7 / Children's Pavilion: Wednesday, 06/25/25 at approximately 9:30am.
