[util] TU-3 & TU-4 electrical maintenance

To provide adequate safety for contractors to clean and inspect the internal power structure of both buildings, complete power outages of both normal and emergency systems need to occur.


On October 18th, 2025, starting at 6am we will be performing electrical maintenance on the 13.2KV switches at TU 3 & 4. We are expecting a 12 - 16-hour shutdown. Power will be restored between 6pm and 10pm.


There will be no electrical power in the building during this maintenance.
