[PedsECHO] GUIDANCE: COVID-infected pediatric patients for return to sports

Good Morning,

The pediatric infectious disease and cardiology teams at SUNY Upstate have develop a guidance document toe help streamline the process of clearing children for sports who have tested positive for COVID-19.  This was a part of our discussion at our last Managing COVID During the Return to School ECHO session held in September.

Please find this document attached.  If you have any questions feel free to send them along and I can get them to the proper providers.  Also, feel free to share thoughts and discussion points on this during the next Management of COVID in the Schools ECHO session in 2 weeks.  The information for that session is below.
