Good Morning everyone,

Medicare recently performed a Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Compliance Review and found some errors on the MSPQ forms which also translated into claim errors. The single largest issue in the audit findings was that the retirement date wasn't being entered in the MSPQ form. This is a required field.

Registration staff must view MSPQ 2020 Mandatory Training Video in Blackboard and complete the quiz question by end of day Friday November 20th.

Blackboard > Select Patient Access Services Training (150) > on the left hand side of the screen is Mandatory Training > Click on that then there is a yellow folder titled MSPQ 2020 Mandatory Training.  Open that folder by clicking on the words and the video, presentation and quiz are all nested under that folder.
