Good afternoon!

We have an exciting week ahead celebrating a number of staff at next week's employee recognition luncheon, starting with Artie Walsh for 55 years of service, Brenda Shea with 35 years of service and Cathy Smith with 30 years. There are many more as well.  Thank you all for your ongoing commitment to Upstate and our patients!

We're also celebrating Sandra Crawley, one of our most recognized registrars for exceptional patient service (page 7), who is retiring this month after 31 years of service!

And lastly, congratulations to Heather Ferhman who recently received her RN from Finger Lakes College of Nursing and will be starting her nursing career at Community. We'll miss you Heather after working in Patient Access for the past 11 years. We know you'll make a great nurse!

Please congratulate all of the staff recognized in this month's newsletter. There are many more.
