[util] Electrical Emergency Power shutdown on 09/05/26 - Contact information correction.

Hey Team,

There will be an Electrical Emergency Power shutdown on 09/05/26. During this time there will be NO e-power circuits that are fed from Panel ELPN on the North end of the building. We are asking that you please:

Check your equipment and notify John Ders ( 315-243-5974) no later than 09/01/26 if you need extension cords to power your equipment from normal power or other E power outlets during this time. It is vital that we know so we can pass out extension cords and be ready for the shutdown by the end of workday 09/04/26.
