[util] Planned Electrical Shutdown – WHA North Wing Panels on May 14, 2026

Hey Team,
To support the ongoing WHA power upgrade project, a planned electrical shutdown will be performed. This work has been coordinated with affected users and researchers to minimize disruption.
Please review the details below:
* Date: May 14, 2026
* Time: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
* Location: WHA – North Wing
* Affected Panels: ELP-4N, ELP-5N, and ELP-6N
* Impact:
Normal power will be temporarily shut down in the affected areas listed below.
The outage duration is expected to remain under two hours. If freezer doors remain closed, extension cords should not be necessary.
* Affected Areas and Equipment:
* ELP-4N:
Rooms 4303, 4304, 4306, 4309, 4312, 4313, 4315, 4321, 4322
Door Operators A & B, Honeywell Fire Alarm, North Wing Emergency Lights, South Wing Emergency Lights, Temperature Control Transformer
* ELP-5N:
Rooms 5301, 5303, 5305, 5311, 5316, 5316A, 5318, 5323, 5327
Compressor, 5318 Dehumidifiers, 5318 Control Panel, Honeywell Fire Alarm
* ELP-6N:
Honeywell Alarm Panel
* Additional Information:
Two floors will be completed at a time beginning at 6:30 AM.
Coordination has been completed with the affected researchers.
