To support: Contractor is changing feeder wires to building normal lighting panels.

Floors 3,4,5 will see a loss of normal power to the building lights for 8 hours.
This will allow the contractor access to raceways to remove old feeders and install new.
Impact (What will be interrupted
and what will remain operational):
Lighting will be reduced.
There will be no loss of normal power (outlets). There will be emergency lighting.
There will be no loss of Emergency power.
