[util] Parking lots and sidewalks

As you may be aware, a rain/ice/snow storm is predicted to hit our area Wednesday 2/22 into Thursday 2/23.

We will be doing our utmost to protect all Upstate staff and patients by keeping up with plowing and salting all areas.

Please, though, be careful when walking in all areas.
