His primary practice area is Emergency Medicine and is a member of Code Blue, Stroke and Trauma teams. Time is Brain: Hyperacute Stroke Care Carlos Ynigo D. Lopez, MD - Dr. Lopez has completed the ESNI residency at Upstate and have continued on in the Neurology and Stroke Neurointervention Fellowship for very specific, high-level training in vascular neurology. Endovascular Stroke Therapies: Who, what, when, where, why and how? Neil Suryadevara, MD, MPH - Dr. Suryadevara is a fourth-year neurology resident at Upstate and serves as chief resident.
