Good afternoon RSTAC members,

Please find attached the meeting minutes from last week's meeting. I have also included Dr. Latorre's Chairman's Report and the "Nursing Home to EMS Report Sheet for Potential Stroke Patient" that Dawn Wage shared with the group. This is an excellent initiative-please feel free to reach out to Dawn or me if you have any questions.
