Hello Tableau developers!

We've had a few people already start to get some errors when updating their license. However, it seems as though the license expiration does seem to update.
I've attached a tip sheet that shows the error. If you do get an error, just close and reopen Tableau Desktop and double check to see if the license is updated to end on 6/4/2022.

Hello Tableau developers!

On 6/4/2021, all your current Tableau licenses will expire. The new ones have already been purchased, and the only thing you need to do is refresh your license before 6/4/2021.

How to Refresh Your Tableau Desktop License

  *   Open up the Tableau Desktop client
  *   From the menu bar on the top, click on "Help"
  *   From the "Help" dropdown, click on "Manage Product Keys"
  *   In the "Manage Product Keys" window that pops up, click on "Refresh"
  *   If you run into any issues, send an email to moonshot at upstate.edu<mailto:moonshot at upstate.edu>
