  1.  A 43 year old male presents to the emergency department complaining of alcohol withdrawal. His vital signs on arrival show: HR=120, BP=130/70, RR=25, O2=97%, T=37.4. His iSTAT VBG showed: pH=7.13, pCO2=20, pO2=50
