Case Presentation

  1.  42 year old female presents to the emergency department complaining of Scorpion bite between 1st and 2nd fingers of her right hand.  HR 82, BP 147/82, RR 16, Temp 98.6 F, O2 98% on room air.

  1.  52 year old female presents to the emergency department from her dermatologist office. She has progressively worsening shortness of breath since starting a new medication 6 weeks ago. HR 107, BP 122/67, RR 19, 91% on 2L O2, Temp 36.5% C.
