For Thursday case conference, we will be reviewing some clinical images and discussing the following three cases:

Case #1: A 17 year old female presents to the emergency department with multiple episodes of vomiting after an intentional overdose. She has a pH of 7.30.
Case #2: A 72 year old female presents to the ED feeling dizzy. She reports her vision and gait are abnormal. She last felt well 6 hours ago. Her sister presents to the ED with similar symptoms.
Case #3: a 20 month old male is found with bathtub cleaner and brought to the hospital with vomiting.
