Cases for Discussion

  1.  24 female presents after a suicidal overdose of her medication. Her initial vital signs: BP 140/90, HR 115, O2 sat 99% RA, RR 18. Her exam shows clonus and hyperreflexia. While you evaluate her, she develops a generalized tonic clonic seizure. ECG shows sinus tachycardia with Normal QRS and QTc 530.
  2.  45 y/o male presents with vomiting after eating a soup from foraged plants. He presents feeling unwell. His triage vitals are HR 45, BP 65/44
  3.  3 y/o female with a history of constipation presents with AMS after receiving a new medication. Vital signs are significant for T 34C and HR 120. Physical exam showed a dry, limb child with hand abnormal movements.
