[toxvtc] Fellow Rounds Canceled

Hi Everyone,

Dr Hodgman and I are meeting with our stats guy for our Anti-Xa research project and are running behind.

Cory is on vacation this week so we'll cancel fellow rounds today and plan for Wednesday's session.

My apologies, and I hope everyone's week is off to a great start!
