[toxvtc] journal review

Hey all,
  After some correspondence and a conflict with a poison center activity
next Tuesday at noon, we have moved the monthly journal review to Wednesday
2/1 at noon in place of fellow rounds. We are making an active effort to
avoid disrupting fellow rounds but keep running into schedule conflicts.
Ideally these journal reviews would not fall at the same time as fellow
rounds.

I will be presenting Wednesday.
