Just an FYI criticism of this paper is that 46 patients had only 2 levels drawn and the issues with the needing 3 points to draw a straight line could lead to considerable variation of the T50 in those patients. I agree, however, that this leads to agreement with the overall idea that longer clearance times and indicative of hepatic dysfunction.
