[util] [EXTERNAL] Crane on site / Wednesday, December 9th

Auburn Crane will be on site tomorrow at 8:00 AM to rig materials on and off the roof for the continuation of the west wing cooling tower project. The crane location will be the same as the previous work and will partially affect the DOCCS entrance. There will not be as much parking space available. At 4:00 AM tonight HVAC will be putting up road cones and caution tape to reserve the space needed for the crane and a dumpster. As before there will be an open traffic lane maintained by HVAC throughout the work. Then at the end of January or beginning of February we will need to do this one last time for the final phase of the hospital cooling tower rebuild. Thank you for everyone's patience throughout this entire process of rebuilding these cooling towers.
