[util] [EXTERNAL] Crane on site / Saturday, January 9th / 8:00 AM

On Saturday, 1/9/21, at approximately 8:00 AM HVAC, Auburn Crane & Rigging, and Upstate Cooling Towers will be performing the third phase of the West Wing Cooling Tower rebuild project. A forth and final phase will be scheduled at a later date. This work will make the DOCS entrance unaccessible and reduce the traffic flow to one lane. HVAC staff will be on site performing traffic control throughout the project to maintain the traffic flow. This work It is expected to be completed at approximately 5:00 PM.
