[util] Revised UH Steam Shutdown Notice / Monday, November 9th / UH South Wing / Starting at 5:30 AM

We need to complete a radiant heat shutdown on Monday November 9th from 05:30 - 12:00 hours related to work being completed for the heart and vascular project. This shutdown will only affect the radiant heating system in the UH south wing. No other areas will be affected. Supplemental heating will be provided utilizing the fan system to assist with the additional heating needs in the affected areas.
