[util] Radiant Heat Shutdown / Wednesday, October 28th / 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We need to complete a radiant heat shutdown on October 28th from 06:00 - 16:00 hours related to work being completed for the heart and vascular project. This shutdown will only affect the radiant heating system in the UH south wing. No other areas will be affected. Supplemental heating will be provided utilizing the fan system to assist with the additional heating needs in the affected areas.
