[util] Cold Water Shutdown / Thursday, February 25th at 4:00 AM

We are in need of shutting down the cold water in the South Wing of University Hospital in support of the Heart and Vascular Project.

This will occur on Feb 25th at 4:00 A.M. for about 1 hour so that some old water lines can be removed.  The following rooms will be affected:
