[util] Hyperbaric Project

Air Handler BL-40 will be shutdown starting at 0600 hours on August 30th to complete the refrigerate  piping relocation as required by the hyperbaric project. The expected duration for the shutdown is three days. The following rooms will be impacted 404, 405, 405A & 406. The impacted areas will see a reduction in coiling as a result of the shutdown. Physical Plant HVAC will be providing three spot supplemental coiling units to assist with the lack of coiling.
