[util] Shutdown notice Hyperbaric Expansion (1058)

In consideration of Hyperbaric Expansion Project (1058) there will be a domestic hot water & cold water shutdown on Friday 11/4/22 at 0400 hrs. to install replacement valves that no longer shut properly to isolate systems.

Affected areas are as follows:
1430 Dirty Utility room
1432 Exam room sink
1433 Exam room sink
1434 Exam room sink
1435 Exam room sink
1437 Patient bathroom
1448 Staff bathroom
1449 Exam room sink
1450 Exam room sink
1460 Lab sink
1633 Sink
1634 Sink
1637G Sink
1637F Sink
1637E Sink
1637B Sink
1637A Sink
1639 Sink
1643 Sink
1646 Drinking fountain
1647 Patient bathroom
1649 Sink
1649B Dark Room

The time of shutdown will be Friday 11/4/22 at 0400 lasting approximately 3 hours.
