[util] Cold and Hot Water Shutdown.

On Thursday, 11/10  there will be a cold and hot water shutdown which will effect rooms 6124, 6122, 5124, 5122, 4124, 4122, 2114, and 2112. The shutdown will take begin at 0400 and water will be turned back on at approximately 0700 on 10/27. The primary contact during this shutdown will be Jim Lang who can be contacted at 315 382 8867.
