There is a planned electrical power shutdown scheduled for Tuesday, November 15th from 1900 to 2000 affecting the HVAC systems serving OR's 7 thru 13 and the PACU in the East Wing of UH.

During the shutdown these areas will not be available for use and will be closed to patients.

Please note the shutdown will not affect lighting, or any equipment hard-wired or plugged into normal or emergency (red) power outlets.

Following the shutdown the PACU can reopen immediately, however the OR's will remain closed until terminally cleaned.
