[util] Green elevators

Green elevators 9, 10 and 11, will be down intermittently throughout the day on Thursday 12/1. Two elevators will remain operational at all times throughout the day. Charles Johnson will be the primary contact for the duration of the work and can be reached at 315 414 7445. Thank you for your patience as we work to better our facilities.
