[util] Upcoming water shutdown

God morning,

Please send the following notice out hospital wide.

Hot and cold water shutdown scheduled for Monday 2/6/23 starting at 0400 and water will be back on by 0700. The effected rooms are 6108, 5108, 5106, 4108A, 4107, 4105, 3201A, 3104A, 3105, and 3104A. The primary contact for the shutdown is Jim Lang who can be reached at 315 382 8867.
