EMERGENCY MEDICAL AIR SHUTDOWN
In consideration of New Hyperbaric Expansion (1058) there will be a shutdown for Med Air on Saturday February 18th
The shutdown start time is questionable at this time, but it will last 8 hrs. once started.
Affected areas will be UH original 1964 Hospital areas and impacted areas will be monitored and coordinated by Respiratory Therapy
There will be a verbal announcement over the hospital speaker system prior to service disruption. There will be a 15-minute delay in disruption after the announcement for any last-minute concerns. Another announcement will be broadcast after service restoration
Medical Gas alarms will be received at panels in impacted areas. The Alarms will continue until service is restored. Alarms can be silenced at Medical Gas Alarm Panels temporarily using the “Silence Button”.
