[util] Electrical Shutdown

In consideration of the Hyperbaric Expansion Project (1058) we will be performing an electric shutdown affecting panels ELW1 & ELW1A on Saturday 1/28/23.

Area affected will be AP-1 & Room 7 in ODS which has been coordinated.

Time of shutdown will be Saturday (1/28/23) at 0600, length of electric interruption will be approximately 2 - 4 hr. duration
