P-T UBE INTERRUPTION NOTICE FOR UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, EAST WING, EAST TOWER, CANCER CENTER, and Nappi







TO:                        All Departments with Space in University Hospital,East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi
SUBJECT:           P-Tube Interruption Notice for University Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi




DATE:                   7-13-23

Starting Monday, July 17, 2023, through Friday, July 21, 2023, we will be conducting P-Tube maintenance.  During this time there will be areasin the Hospital, East Wing,East Tower, CancerCenter, and Nappi when the P-Tubesystem will be down to conduct work safely.

Volunteers in Express are available to assist when the p-tube is down. To reach Express, dial 4-5182 or call “Volunteer Express” on Vocera. Express is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm.



An overhead page and Vocera announcement will be heard at the start of the shutdown and once work is complete. This is what you can expect

●      Monday 7/17 to Friday 7/21 from 6:00 am to 11 am-During this time there will be areas in the Hospital, East Wing, East Tower, Cancer Center, and Nappi when the P-Tube systemwill be down to conductwork safely.

●      Monday 7/17 to Friday7/21 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm- Work on individual P-Tube stations will be conducted. During this time the only impacts will be at the stationbeing worked on, all otherareas will be operational





Campus buildings will not be affected by this repair work.
