[util] Asphalt Replacement - Adult Emergency Department.

We will be placing a final binder course of asphalt on the West side of the ED Parking Lot on Tuesday June 6th starting around 7:00am  - noon

We will be placing a top coat of asphalt on the East portion of ED Parking Lot from Boiler house to Ambulance Entrance Doors on Wednesday June 7th starting around 7:00am  -2pm

Adjustments will be made to minimize odor intrusion but due to minimum fresh air exchange requirements, some odors will still be noticeable.
