ELECTRICAL SHUTDOWN NOTICE FOR UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL





  All Departments with Space in University Hospitals Hyperbaric unit, One Day Surgery, AP1, and Radiation Safety room 512
SUBJECT:           Electrical Shutdown Notice for the areas within the hospital listed below




DATE:                   3/18/23

Starting Saturday, May 20, 2023, we will have an electrical shutdown from 4:30am – 8:30am.  During this time there will be areasin the Hospital that will be completely without normal power.  These areas are listed below.

·         Hyperbaric Unit

·         One Day Surgery

·         AP 1

·         Radiation Safety Room 512

·         Room 515

·         Subbasement compressors and sewer pumping system

·         DBWB Panel in the HVAC shop



An overhead page will be heard at the start of the shutdown and once work is complete. This is what you can expect:

●      Saturday, 5/20/23 from 4:30 am to 8:30 am- During this time the areas listed above will be without normal power.  Power will return to all areas affected no more than 4 hours after the work starts at 8pm.




Campus buildings will not be affected by this shutdown.
