Annual Elevator emergency power operations test Wednesday November 10, 2023, from 5 am to 5:30 am

We will be conducting annual emergency power testing on elevators 1-8 in the main hospital (silver, gold and service elevators) Wednesday  November 10, 2023, from 5:00 am to 5:30 am.

What to expect during this test

*          Elevator operation could stop and will start back up after a few seconds.
*          Elevators will operate at a slower speed so it may appear it is not operating.
*         During this time some elevators will be out of service. If an unforeseen issue occurs KONE will be on site to assist.
This test will only affect UH elevators 1-8. All other buildings will not be affected.
The Nursing Supervisor will be informed at the beginning of the test and at completion of testing.
