[util] EMERGENCY water shut down

Due to continuing cross over of hot into cold water sinks and ice machines, Physical Plant will be shutting down water today from 11 am to 1 pm.



Only portions of the North Wing are impacted:



A side pantries, ALL north Wing showers, 3 N recovery hand sinks and 4N triage room .
