[util] UH West RTU-33 Fire Damper Installation Notice

The hyperbaric construction team will be completing the installation of fire dampers for RTU-33 overnight on Tuesday October 31 starting at 1800 hours with an expected work duration of eight hours.  Air volume will be reduced in the following areas, UH 1 West Hyperbaric, AP1, nursing recruitment, and nursing supervisors.
