[util] East wing reheat shutdown

In order to support the Emergency Department renovation project, reheat capabilities to the second floor East Wing will be shut off in order to install additional isolation valves.


Draining will start around 930 pm tonight (03/05) and work should be completed and heat fully functional around 1 am.


Other areas in the East Wing may be impacted minimally since compensation is available from the main fans serving those areas.


Arrangements have been made with the Burn unit, ORs and ED area to minimize potential impacts there.
