[util] Work notice for Kim Industries

Good afternoon,

"On April 14th to the 18th  2025, contractors will be working on the 6th floor West wing correcting and repairing minor fire penetrations in the fire walls. An updated notice will be sent out when we move out of the West wing area. They will be using ladders to access the ceiling one tile at a time.  If the need arises to enter patient areas the contractor will discuss with the proper nursing staff in the area.   There will be no interruption to patient care.   The areas will be returned to normal operation daily.  If there are any issues or concerns, please contact Mark Rioux at 4-1421."
