[util] East Wing / Blue elevators

Blue elevator E2 door frame was damaged Friday evening and placed out of service.



Early this morning, Blue elevator E3 stopped working.



Emergency service calls have been placed, exact time of repairs is unknown at this time.



Update notices will be sent out as information becomes available.
