[util] Utility work notice for KIM industries

Good afternoon,

On Tuesday, August 12th through the Friday August 15th, 2025, contractors will be working on the 5th floor West wing correcting and repairing minor fire penetration discrepancies in the fire walls.  We will continue to North and South wings when completed in the West wing and send updated notices as we progress. They will be using ladders to access the ceiling one tile at a time.  If the need arises to enter patient areas , it will be coordinated  with the area Nursing staff.   There will be no interruption to patient care.   The areas will be returned to normal operation daily.
