[util] Scheduled Cooling System Shutdown – 3W & 6W OR Data Rooms (December 20, 07:00–12:00)

Good morning,
This message is to inform you of a scheduled shutdown of the cooling system that services the data rooms for the 3W and 6W Operating Rooms. The shutdown will occur on Saturday, December 20th, from 07:00 to 12:00.
This work has been coordinated with the affected areas, and both teams will place their Operating Rooms on diversion during this period to ensure safety and continuity of operations.
